Message from President
ASMKI makes recommendations to the Government for a conducive ecosystem for knowledge industries in the country with a special focus on MSMEs and Startups. Several of ASMKI ‘s recommendations have been accepted by the Government. ASMKI takes up issues which affect industry at large. ASMKI works closely with several Ministries/Departments of Government of India including MSME, Commerce, DPIIT, Defence, DST, MEITY, DOT and Niti Aayog.
International cooperation between SMEs / Startups is an important area of work. ASMKI has close linkages with industry Associations / Chambers of Commerce/ Indian Missions in the United States,Canada, United Kingdom, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Singapore
